How long have you been in business in Ottawa?
I have been in business for almost 5 yrs come Mother's Day.

What was the inspiration for Pour Boy?
My brother opened up a "Pour Boy" in Toronto a few years ago and I immediately loved the concept and idea. I have always been in the Service Industry and I enjoy being my own boss, a great motivation for starting your own business.
What makes Pour Boy different than other pubs/bars?
Our food and drinks are affordable and we change our menu often.
What is your favourite item on the menu?
My two favourite things on the menu are the Pad Thai and our New Ultimate Veggie Burger.
The restaurant business is demanding and competitive. What do you do when you have a day off?
On my days off I like to chill at home and catch up on TV series.
What is your favourite place to hang out in Ottawa?
In the summer I like to spend my time around Lansdowne Park and during the Winter months more around Elgin Street.
If you could have one Canadian celebrity stop into Pour Boy for drinks who would it be?
Tom Green stopped in once already, but I would have to say Neil Young.
As a business owner, what keeps you up at night?
Bills and repairs... :)
